Relax and Restore

Relax & Restore your mind & body. Gentle yoga poses & breath work, using blocks, straps & blankets.

Kripalu Yoga

'Kripula' means compassion.  Develop compassionate self awareness while learning creative sequencing and restorative yoga postures.  Posture and breath awareness heightens the bodies senses.  This yoga practice becomes a meditative anchor for quieting the mind  _______________________

Strength & Health Yoga

Strengthen the body, relax your mind, breath deeper, improve your coordination, balance and flexibility.  Take your daily activities or sport to the next level.  _______________________

Vinyasa Yoga

Experience breath linked with posture.  Develop strength and flexibility              all leading to a deep relaxation.
